submission: a parent or guardian (18+) submits a request form for their child to participate in the project. this helps us understand the child’s favorite characters and any special needs or preferences.

scheduling: once the request is reviewed, we schedule a video call with the chosen character. we provide all the details needed to join the call and ensure a smooth experience.

the call: on the day of the call, the child will have the opportunity to chat with their favorite character, ask questions, and enjoy a memorable interaction supervised by our team.

follow-up: after the call, we follow up to ensure everything went well and to address any feedback.
